Boulder, CO has an annual nude pumpkin run. the police chief considers this a major problem.

what an incredibly efficient use of public funds. obviously, of all the problems Boulder, CO might have, this is by far the worst. thank god someone is putting a stop to it. and what a wonderful idea to add the names of streakers to the database of pedophiles and rapists. thank god for the bureaucratic mind.

Sat, October 31, 2009 - 4:10 PMYou know that the neighbors will be so happy when they are informed that there is streaker living in their midst. Will this stop "offenders" from living within a certain distance from schools, etc? How about parole-probation officers. I don't guess it will cost any money to track these "offenders" whereabouts for the rest of their lives, in the name of public safety? What a bunch of fools we have running government, on local, state, and national levels.

How you ask would the cops find that one or two kids zipping by at 70 MPH who will swear they saw your pecker?
Their over zealous mothers have cell phones and ridiculous standards.
And you will register for the rest of your life as a sex offender.

you have to salute our existing bureaucracy's commitment to prosecuting nuisance crimes to the fullest extent possible. how can society exist as long as scofflaws exceed the time allotted by parking meters and teenagers run around on halloween with their twigs, berries and bushes in full view? horrible. just horrible. -

Mon, November 2, 2009 - 2:01 PMI am in the habit of wearing a kilt quite often. So if I piss on the side of the road without lifting it far enough for anyone to see my member, I'm still violating the urinating in public law. But I'm no longer a registered sex offender? I'm taking notes.
